Hixardt Technologies, INC was founded in May 2001 in Pensacola, Florida, by Michael E. Hicks Jr (Hix), Robert E. Barnet (ar), and Scott T. Luthardt (dt), to leverage their experience to build a company that was capable of delivering technology solutions as promised.

Hixardt's founders are retired Military Veterans with degrees or specialties in  Information Technology and Telecommunication. The founders have worked together for several years creating and delivering Advanced Technology Services to organizations in North West Florida. HIXARDT was founded to formalize the consulting services that they offer.
