Workforce Escarosa - Workforce
Escarosa believes that each person has a right and duty to work and that all

responsibility and is a desired means to achieving personal value,
self-sufficiency and independence which promotes dignity with their customers;
and in turn, enhances our community. Mr. Hicks, Pres-CEO Hixardt Technologies,
INC, is a member of the Board of Directors for Escarosa Workforce and supports
their mission.
West Florida High School ACE Program

School ACE Program -
West Florida High School provides trade experience for High School Seniors
through internships with local businesses. The program helps to develop
occupational competencies required for employment in a chosen occupation, earn
school credit while earning money, and create opportunity for future employment.

Pensacola Chamber of
Commerce - The Pensacola Area Chamber of Commerce is an avid supporter of
local business. It is a focal point for local business activity and a staunch
supporter of the local community. Hixardt has been an active Chamber member and
supporter since 2001.
Gulf Coast African American Chamber

Chamber -
The Gulf Coast African American Chamber has positioned themselves to be the
foundation for sparking economic commerce within the minority
community throughout the Gulf Coast Region. The means by which they use to
promote growth is education, technical assistance, and referrals. They are
affiliated with the Florida Black Chamber of Commerce as well as the National
Black Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hicks, Pres-CEO Hixardt Technologies, INC, is a
member of the Board of Directors for the Gulf Coast African American Chamber and
supports their mission.
High growth Business Club
The
High Growth Business Club is a group of Pensacola and
Northwest Florida entrepreneurs and other community members
helping local entrepreneurs establish and grow their businesses.
HGBC meetings are casual monthly gatherings where local
entrepreneurs meet and talk to other entrepreneurs and learn
about entrepreneurial activities in our community.
iTen Wired
iTen Wired
was initiated by the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce in
concert with its regional economic development partners in
Mobile, Baldwin, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties. The primary
goal of iTen Wired is to remain competitive in the global
economy by embracing the innovation of entrepreneurs across our
region. This effort is done through four economic development
partners: The Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, Baldwin County
Economic Development Alliance, TEAM Santa Rosa and the Okaloosa
County EDC.
